Accounts / Office Administrator South County Dublin Salary €35k (on-site 5 days per week) This well-known, established Company based close to Dun Laoghaire is looking for an experienced Accounts / Office Administrator to join their professional team. This dual-role position requires someone who can handle general office duties while assisting with financial responsibilities, such as reconciliations and book-keeping. Duties will include: Update day-to-day financial records and ledgers Support the team with general Admin (reports / presentations) Prepare accounts for external Accountant Be a point of contact for the team, and ensure that client queries are answered Assist on all accounts receivable/payable queries and manage same Make sure that internal office filing & data management is updated Invoicing & bank reconciliations You will have 5 years experience working in an Accounts / Office Administration role with good working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
