Apply now for the chance to join an incredible teamMAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES:Maintain a full understanding and implementation of Company objectives e.g. Stockroom and Delivery standardsResponsible for opening the store to receive and accept deliveries and on occasion closing the store.Liaise and communicate with the Store Manager on a daily basis to ensure understanding of any issues that affect the stockroom and shop floorEnsuring the stockroom is well organised and that Company standards are adhered to and maintained at all times e.g. all stock is tagged, cubed and merchandised to Company standards using specialist equipment when necessaryEnsuring all deliveries are processed and productivity targets are consistently metSupport team with store inventory countsActively manage the accuracy of the stock file through identifying and correcting discrepancies, at the point of delivery.Ensuring that the team is aware of any special stock situations, (understocked, overstocked) through effective analysis and communicationLiaise with the Store Visual Merchandiser to manage stock to floor procedures in a structured and strategic manner.Taking on Duty Manager and floor leadership responsibilities when necessary.REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS:Retail Stockroom and Delivery experience requiredSelf-driven and leads own learning and developmentExcellent attention to detailFluent in EnglishExcellent communication skills requiredMust demonstrate proficiency with PC's for spreadsheets, word processing, and inventory softwareFlexible work schedule includes weekends and holidaysAvailable to work occasional night shifts and must be available for inventory countsADDITIONAL BENEFITS:Competitive compensationPotential to earn more through our Retail Bonus SchemeGreat development opportunitiesInclusive working environments across all our European locationsGenerous staff discountProject involvement across our European regionFlexible uniform package
