Role Description
This is a full-time, 3 days per week ( initially & can be expanded certainly to 5 days on mutual agreement) on-site position for a Receptionist & Social Media Content Assistant based in Greater Dublin. The role involves handling reception duties, managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing excellent customer service to ensure a welcoming experience for patients. Additional responsibilities include creating and managing relevant video content for social media to enhance the clinic's online presence and engagement, as well as performing general clerical tasks. The Video content would be passed to the Social Media colleague for posting to various social media channels .
Qualifications
* Excellent Phone Etiquette and proficiency in Receptionist Duties
* Strong Clerical Skills for organizing appointments and maintaining records
* Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to ensure client satisfaction
* Basic knowledge and experience in social media content creation and management is a plus
* Professional demeanor with a focus on detail and organization
* Proficiency in computer systems and scheduling software
* Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the healthcare or aesthetic industry, is advantageous
* Ability to multitask and maintain a friendly, professional disposition under pressure
* A qualification or strong interest and love of creating professional looking video content.
