About the Job
This position involves leading and managing teams to drive store performance and deliver a world-class customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
* Team Leadership & Management: Lead and manage teams, creating an engaging working environment for colleagues.
* Visual Merchandising: Support in delivering meticulous store presentation and implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the brand.
* Sales and Operations: Drive store performance, leading the team to ensure efficiency in following best practice and supporting commercial goals and brand knowledge.

* Recruit, train, and develop high-performing teams.
* Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
* Meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and visual merchandising plans.
