Key Responsibilities
* Support the retail team to ensure smooth daily operations
* Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge
* Assist with stock management, merchandising, and store presentation
* Handle transactions and ensure accurate cash handling
* Maintain a clean and safe environment for both customers and animals
Requirements
* Fluent English (spoken and written)
* Previous retail experience in a similar role
* Animal knowledge is essential
* Strong teamwork skills
