Job Title: Hospitality Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Manager to lead our bar operations.
The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of upscale or luxury bar operations, with expertise in cocktail culture, wine, spirits, and luxury beverage service. Additionally, the successful candidate will be proficient in POS and inventory management systems.
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily bar operations across all outlets to ensure consistent, world-class service.
* Develop and enforce service standards, bar protocols, and guest engagement strategies.
* Collaborate with the Director of Food and Beverage and maintain a premium beverage program including wine, cocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic offerings.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years' experience managing upscale or luxury bar operations.
* Expertise in cocktail culture, wine, spirits, and luxury beverage service.
* Proficient in POS and inventory management systems.
