The ideal candidate is client-oriented, proactive, and passionate about building relationships that lead to growth.You will be responsible for lead generation, relationship management, and developing strategic partnerships. This role includes conducting market research, promoting our programs, and maintaining close communication with agents, partners, and students.ResponsibilitiesIdentify and develop B2B opportunities within the Russian market;Conduct market research to identify potential partners and sales channels;Prospect, approach, and build relationships with agents and institutions;Ensure high levels of customer and partner satisfaction through excellent service;Provide guidance and information on Erin College programs and experiences in Ireland;Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner;Meet and exceed sales targets, providing regular performance reports.Qualifications and RequirementsFluency in Russian and English (spoken and written);Proven B2B sales experience, preferably in the education or international market;Strong communication and negotiation skills;Customer-focused mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service;Analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities;Self-motivated and results-oriented profile.Job Type: Part-time | Contract | CommissionHours: 20 per weekSuitable for: English language students with Stamp 2 visaJob Type: Part-timePay: €10,000.00-€25,000.00 per yearBenefits:Employee discountWork Location: In person
