Job Title: Homeless Services Manager, Fairgreen STA
We are seeking a dedicated and driven Homeless Services Manager to lead the team at our Fairgreen Hostel. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership and operation of this Supported Temporary Accommodation (STA) service, focusing on ensuring the provision of a high-quality service in line with National Quality Standards Framework for Homeless Services.
The Role
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of homelessness issues. The Homeless Services Manager will work closely with a team of social care and ancillary staff to provide a supportive and empowering environment for clients experiencing homelessness.
Key Responsibilities
* Leadership and Management: Provide strategic leadership and direction to the team, ensuring effective planning, coordination, and implementation of services.
* Service Delivery: Oversee the delivery of high-quality services to clients, including assessment, case management, and support.
* Client Services: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing personalized support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.
* Interagency Collaboration: Foster partnerships with local agencies, organizations, and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and effective resource allocation.
