About the Role:
As our Workshop Controller, you'll play a crucial role in the day-to-day operation of our service workshop. You'll lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest Volkswagen standards.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage daily workload distribution across the workshop team
* Ensure all servicing, repairs, and diagnostics are completed efficiently and on time
* Monitor workshop productivity and performance
* Carry out quality checks and ensure all work meets Volkswagen brand standards
* Collaborate with service advisors to ensure seamless customer communication
* Provide technical support to technicians where required
* Uphold health, safety, and environmental compliance within the workshop
* Mentor apprentices and support technician development
What We're Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Workshop Controller, Senior Technician, or Master Technician
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Excellent understanding of automotive repair processes and diagnostic tools
* Ability to motivate and guide a team to achieve performance targets
* A customer-first mindset with high attention to detail
* Volkswagen Group experience or training (preferred but not essential)
* Full Irish Driving Licence
