They are currently seeking a Senior Cost Managerwith proven experience in Data Centre projectsto join their growing Dublin team.
The Role You'll play a key part in the delivery of high-profile, technically complex Data Centre developments — from early-stage cost planning and procurement to final account close-out.
Working closely with clients and internal teams, you'll ensure that projects meet the highest standards of quality, cost efficiency, and commercial control.
Key Responsibilities: Lead all cost management activities for major data centre projects.
Provide cost planning, benchmarking, value engineering, and procurement advice.
Manage client relationships and contribute to business development.
Mentor junior team members and support continuous improvement.
Ensure full compliance with company procedures and best practice standards.
About You Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
Chartered (MRICS) or working towards chartership.6+ years' experience in cost management, ideally within data centre or mission-critical environments.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering excellence.
