We are expanding and now looking for a reliable and energetic Warehouse Picker & Packer who can also assist on the parts counter serving trade and retail customers.This is a hands-on role in a fast-growing, well-established business supplying the boating and marine industry across Ireland and Europe.The RoleYou will work in our busy warehouse and retail counter environment, including:Picking and packing online orders accurately and efficientlyBooking orders for courier collectionReceiving and checking incoming stockKeeping the warehouse organised and tidyAssisting customers at the trade counter with parts and ordersProcessing sales through our POS systemWorking closely with the sales and logistics teamsThis is a varied role – part warehouse, part customer-facing – ideal for someone who enjoys being active and dealing with people.What We're Looking ForGood attention to detail and accuracyA positive attitude and strong work ethicComfortable working on your feet in a busy environmentFriendly and professional with customersBasic computer skillsExperience in warehousing, retail, or trade counter is an advantage (but not essential)An interest in boats, engines, or marine products is a big plusWhat We OfferFull-time, permanent positionStable long-term role in a growing Irish businessCompetitive pay based on experienceTraining on marine products and systemsFriendly, supportive team environmentLocationMarine Parts DirectSwords, Co.
