CPL Recruitment are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator experience for a 3-4 month temporary contract with a healthcare organisation, in south west Dublin, working fully onsite
Responsibilities Required:
·To assist in the Recruitment process by managing all correspondence
·High volume interview coordination and scheduling
·CV and applicant screening
·Working with organisation's ATS and record data via Excel
·Working with hiring managers and recruiters throughout the hiring process
·Ensure a positive candidate experience
·Support and maintain all recruitment documentation and correspondence
Experience Required:
·Year Experience in a similar Recruitment Coordinator position
·HR Degree/ CIPD Qualification
·Excellent communication and organisation skills
·Proficient Microsoft Office experience
