Job Title: Business Support Specialist
This is a permanent position where you will be working closely with the customer services manager to cover a wide range of responsibilities. These include receiving and processing sales orders from key corporate clients, updating price listings and customer data, liaising with production and distribution teams on order status, responding to and resolving customer queries, preparing KPI reports for management teams and performing other ad-hoc duties as required.

Skills and Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service, preferably gained in a B2B role. Relevant qualifications in business studies or a related field would be an advantage. Key skills include excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong IT skills, including ERP systems and the Microsoft Office suite.
