Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR Specialist to spearhead our team's human resources operations.
* HR Management
o Lead the recruitment process by advertising vacancies, drafting job descriptions, screening applications, coordinating interviews, and verifying references and background checks.
o Ensure compliance with all relevant pre-hire and new hire documentation in accordance with legislative requirements.
* Staff Development and Engagement
o Coordinate staff onboarding, including probation, contract preparation, and administration.
o Oversee the Performance Management System, developing training and development plans for employees.
* Reporting and Data Analysis
o Prepare and update documents such as job descriptions, employee handbooks, performance evaluations, and staff surveys.
o Develop a reporting system to track contract expirations, protected leave, and parental leave.
Requirements:
* A degree in Human Resources or a related field, and significant experience in HR/IR, business management, or equivalent.
* At least 3 years of experience working in an HR role.
