About the Role:
* Manage and dispatch client orders with precision and speed.
* Provide exceptional customer service, handling weekend queries via email, phone, and urgent orders.
* Coordinate with clients and suppliers to ensure seamless execution of events.
* Maintain accurate event data and keep our CRM/booking system up-to-date.
* Process orders, payments, and maintain administrative tasks with efficiency.
* Support the wider team with general administrative duties as needed.
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
* A keen eye for detail and methodical approach.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* The ability to multitask and work independently with confidence.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
