EMEA Financial Controller Salary up to €140,000 +/- On site 5 days per week Our client is a global software, scaling rapidly. Due to a recent large investment, they have exciting times ahead Based in Sandyford, this role is on-site, managing a large team. Reporting to the Group Finance Director. Responsibilities Lead financial operations across multiple EMEA entities, ensuring accurate month-end close and compliance with IFRS and local GAAPs. Oversee statutory reporting, tax filings (CIT, VAT, WHT), and coordination with external auditors and advisors. Manage AP, AR, payroll, and revenue assurance processes, driving accuracy and efficiency. Maintain strong internal controls, policy compliance, and audit readiness across the region. Collaborate with Group Finance, Tax, Legal, and FP&A to support consolidation, forecasting, and intercompany processes. Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and ERP (e.g., NetSuite) enhancements. Requirements Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with 8+ years experience in international finance roles. Strong knowledge of IFRS, local GAAPs, tax compliance, and multi-entity reporting. Proven experience managing finance teams and outsourced providers. Skilled in financial operations, statutory reporting, and process optimisation. Proficient with ERP systems and financial controls. Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills. Remuneration Up to c €140,000 - €150,000 plus bonus and benefits.
