Building Services Manager
The Building Services Manager plays a crucial role in the management and implementation of building services, overseeing all electrical/mechanical activities, managing resources efficiently, and upholding our uncompromising standards of quality and safety.
* Manage & coordinate all phases of the MEP Services project delivery cycle from pre-construction and planning to testing and commissioning.
* Coordinate design team information and details in time for project delivery activities.
* Ensure implementation of the MEP deliverables on the project.
* Ensure all MEP works are carried out to the highest level of safety.
* Inspect all installation works against the agreed level of approved quality plan.
* Monitor programmes and review installation progress of MEP services.
* Work collaboratively with the design team, MEP subcontractors, and the wider project team.
Requirements:
* Mechanical/Electrical third-level qualification.
* Seven years' experience in building services coordination.
* Previous main contractor experience is preferred.
* Excellent IT skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills required.
* Strong client focus.
