Seeking an experienced HR professional to provide expert guidance and support to managers and employees. This role involves providing day-to-day HR services, ensuring consistent application of policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver HR support to managers and employees across multiple locations
* Manage employee relations issues while maintaining compliance with labour laws and internal policies
* Support the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding
* Collaborate with HR partners to implement global and local HR initiatives
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company standards
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a generalist or operational HR role
* Strong knowledge of local labour laws and employee relations, including union negotiations
* Ability to coach managers on HR policies and procedures
* Excellent communication, influencing, and conflict resolution skills
