The Commercial Counsel will collaborate closely with the Head of Legal in a dynamic work environment that offers opportunities for career advancement within a rapidly expanding global organization.
Main Responsibilities:
* Creating, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements including technology contracts, IP licensing, NDAs and service agreements.
* Providing legal support for strategic partnerships and business development initiatives.
* Technology & Telecommunications Legal Support- Offering expert legal advice on technology, consumer and telecommunications regulatory matters.
* Supporting product development and examining supplier/vendor agreements in the tech and telco sector.
* General Commercial & Strategic Legal Support- Providing daily legal guidance to various business units and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* A qualified solicitor/barrister with 4-5 years post-qualification experience.
* Extensive experience in commercial contract law and negotiations.
* A proven track record in drafting and negotiating NDAs, MSAs, marketing agreements, service agreements, and IP agreements.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Commercial acumen and a business-focused approach.
