We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Insurance Sales Professional to join our team. As an Insurance Sales Professional, you will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service, driving sales growth, and building strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide high-quality service to existing and new customers, ensuring a great experience.
* Deliver agreed targets for new business and retention through the use of selling and retention skills.
* Execute policy amendments efficiently, ensuring all aspects of our service provision meet customer expectations.
* Optimize opportunities for cross-selling, generating referrals while engaging with customers to maximize business growth opportunities.
* Handle a requisite volume of calls efficiently, ensuring our call answering objectives are achieved for both the customer and organization.
* Work closely with team colleagues to collectively achieve overall targets set.
* Ensure all systems and procedures are complied with.
* Accrue and maintain comprehensive up-to-date knowledge and information of our product range and compliance requirements.
* Complete relevant industry qualifications as appropriate.
Requirements:
* Leaving Certificate or equivalent qualification.

* Previous sales or customer service experience.
