Responsibilities
Deeply understand business requirements by analyzing user feedback, conducting user research, and leveraging data to identify pain points and user needs.
Define and manage the data index system, identify key metrics, and drive data infrastructure improvements to support business optimization.
Translate business requirements into clear product documentation (MRD/BRD), develop platform and tool‑based solutions, and coordinate with R&D teams to ensure successful implementation.
Proactively track and manage the progress of platform requirements, from testing and verification to launch and promotion with the business, to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
Create and maintain platform operation documents, lead training sessions, and promote new features to boost user adoption and product understanding.
Continuously identify and improve and automate operational processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the product development lifecycle.
Serve as the primary liaison for cross‑functional teams (including R&D, business, and legal), respond to urgent issues, and coordinate resources to ensure the smooth execution of global projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Product Management, or a related technical/analytical field within 3 years of graduation.
Foundational understanding or experience with AI, LLMs, agents, and AI infrastructure.
Strong ability to quickly understand complex business contexts, operational logic, and system architecture.
Data‑driven mindset with the ability to leverage insights for business optimization.
Exceptional logical thinking, problem‑solving, and business abstraction skills.
Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across product, business, and R&D teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Internship, placement year, early‑career, or professional experience in product, project, operations, or technical program management.
Exposure to technical product development, automation systems, or AI‑driven business processes.
Experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced, global environments.
Additional relevant industry experience beyond early‑career stage is considered a plus.
