We are looking for a salon receptionist to join our award winning team. The desired candidate will be well groomed, have excellent phone manner and communication skills. Experience in working within the beauty industry is essential, and experience using Phorest is a bonus. You must be highly diplomatic, discrete, friendly and reliable. Duties will include:
* Front of House
* Meeting and greeting customers
* Offering guidance and assistance on the right treatments for the client's needs
* Booking appointments for the salon and utilising the diary
* Co-ordinate team members, salon and clients by taking and receiving payments, booking appointments and dealing with general telephone inquiries
* Serve clients with refreshments
* Assisting salon directors with day to day office and paper work
* Assist with keeping salon and reception area clean and tidy
* Providing full knowledge of all facilities, treatments and products offered
* Salon organisation and planning
* Stocktakes
* Customer care and exceeding expectations
Skills required include:
* Excellent English - spoken and written
* Well groomed
* Clear, professional telephone manner
* Can do attitude
* Ability to use own initiative
* Ability to up sell
* Previous reception experience is essential
* You must be a positive team player
