The Role
• Lead commercial performance on live projects
• Drive cost control, margin, cashflow & risk
• Manage subcontractor procurement & negotiation
• Oversee valuations, variations & final accounts
• Report commercially xyswxtq at senior leadership level
About You
• Degree-qualified Quantity Surveyor
• 8+ years' experience with a main contractor
• Strong commercial and contractual capability
• Confident communicator with leadership presence
