Job Overview:
Ketripack Co. is seeking a motivated and reliable General Operative to join our team in Wexford. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various aspects of the production process in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with the setup, operation, and maintenance of production machinery.
Ensure the correct materials and components are available and ready for production.
Perform quality checks on products to ensure they meet company and industry standards.
Operate production lines and assist with packing and labelling products.
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
Keep production areas clean and organized.
Report any issues or concerns with machinery or products to the supervisor.
Assist with stock management, including loading/unloading materials.
Perform other duties as required to support the smooth running of the production floor.
Qualifications and Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is an advantage.
Ability to operate basic production machinery (training will be provided).
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations.
A flexible and proactive approach to work.
Must be fluent in English. Forklift driving is essential.

Working Hours:
Additional hours may be required during the Harvest season to meet increased operational demands
