Technical Project Coordinator Job Overview: We are seeking two motivated Technical Project Coordinators to join our clients team. The successful candidates will provide critical technical and administrative support for the efficient delivery and management of Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) schemes. Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and submission of weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports related to SEAI schemes. Coordinate and attend regular meetings with SEAI and internal stakeholders. Manage technical appeals and reworks, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Serve as the first point of contact for technical inquiries from contractors, applicants, and members of the public, providing clear and informed responses. Provide technical support and guidance to field-based staff during inspections and site visits. Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure compliance with SEAI program requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the smooth operation of sustainable energy projects. Participate in continuous learning and training initiatives to stay up-to-date with industry standards and SEAI program changes. Qualifications & Skills: Degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical Engineering, Construction, or related technical field; construction trade qualifications are also considered. Strong organizational skills with experience in record-keeping, report writing, and administrative tasks. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage professionally with diverse stakeholders. Basic technical knowledge and practical understanding of electrical, engineering, or construction principles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and willingness to learn industry-specific software tools. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Previous experience in technical support, project coordination, or construction administration is a plus but not essential.
