As a senior data manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing strategies that drive business outcomes through effective data governance, analysis, and visualization.
Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop targeted solutions.
* Design and execute data analytics projects to inform business decisions and optimize performance.
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive data models to support business intelligence initiatives.
* Implement data quality controls to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear communication and understanding of data requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
### Education
We require a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics/Applied Mathematics, or equivalent professional education. ### Experience
You must have minimum 10 years of experience with a blue-chip consulting firm in a people and/or project data leadership position. Relevant work experience in client-facing data governance, data management, data engineering, or data change delivery roles is essential. Knowledge of data management frameworks, processes, compliance requirements, and impact of relevant regulations on data lifecycle is also required. Familiarity with Customer, Finance, Risk, or Regulatory Reporting domains in Financial Services industry is advantageous. Advanced Excel and SQL expertise is a must. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills are also necessary. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, are crucial. Team-centric mindset, always ready to support the client and the team, is expected. Understanding and respect for client and team deadlines are vital. ### Certifications
DAMA or DCAM certifications are an advantage. Relevant Data Engineering or Data Management certifications can also be beneficial. Project delivery credentials, e.g. project management or agile delivery certification, can further enhance your prospects.
