Role: Quantity Surveyor
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.
About the Job:
This is a challenging role that requires strong commercial and contractual expertise, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Main Responsibilities:
* To work closely with the Commercial and Construction teams to ensure successful project delivery;
* To prepare tenders, analyze data, select suitable suppliers, negotiate contracts, and finalize orders;
* To manage site records, documents, measurements, forecasts, targets CV reconciliations valuations variations insurance warranties cash management risk opportunities tender support AQ SQs TQS AQS checking responsibility maintenance protection JSS entitlement review consideration development understanding awareness involvement assurance good practices;
Necessary Skills & Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. They should have at least 3 years of experience working on high-value projects (over €15m) for leading contractors.
