Supply Chain & Regulatory Project Coordinator
Location: Dublin (Hybrid)
Contract: 12-Month Temporary Assignment
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Supply Chain & Regulatory Project Coordinator to join a leading global life science organisation during a major regulatory transformation programme.
This role will play a key part in supporting the global implementation of regulatory processes across an outsourced supply chain network, ensuring full compliance with EU MDR (2017/745) and related regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate activities across Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, and Contract Manufacturing partners to deliver MDR compliance.
* Track and monitor project deliverables, milestones, and action items to ensure timely completion.
* Maintain project documentation, trackers, and dashboards to provide clear visibility on progress and risks.
* Facilitate cross-functional meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and ensure follow-up on actions.
* Support issue resolution and risk escalation to maintain product and regulatory continuity.
Experience & Skills Required
* Degree in Life Sciences, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.
* 3–5 years’ experience in project coordination or operations within the medical device or pharmaceutical sector.
* Strong understanding of global regulatory compliance and outsourced manufacturing operations.
* Experience with EU MDR (2017/745) or similar regulatory frameworks is highly desirable.
* Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* Proficient in MS Office, SharePoint, and project management tools.
