IT Finance Program Delivery Lead – Permanent (Cork, Ireland)The role is a senior lead within the Corporate Functions IT team, reporting to the Head of PMO. The incumbent will oversee the delivery and evolution of Finance and HR systems across the organisation, balancing system stability with continuous innovation. The position is based in Cork with the option to work from home two days per week.Key responsibilities include:Lead a team of high‑performing Business Analysts & Systems AccountantsPartner with stakeholders, vendors and third‑party delivery teams to prioritise demand and deliver high‑value projectsOwn product roadmaps, budgets and delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with enterprise and solution architecture standardsEnsure quality service delivery, smooth transition to BAU operations and continuous improvement of ways of workingCollaborate extensively with finance leadership, demand management and PMO to drive value, manage costs and deliver projects efficiently at paceRequired experience and skills:Minimum 5 years experience in BA and/or Product ownershipStrong change and transformation capabilities, familiarity with multiple delivery methodologiesExcellent IT Project Management / Programme Delivery experienceExperience with major finance systems (Oracle Financials, MS Business Central, Blackline, SAP Concur, Anaplan, Basware, DIDOS, TrueCommerce)Analytical ability and ability to shape and articulate practical, cost‑effective solutionsBudget responsibility and participation in budget planning processesDesirable attributes:Experience building and maintaining Innovation and Technology roadmapsKnowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall, DevOps, Agile, KanbanStrong change management and transformation skillsAbility to position and 'sell' solutions that are reasonable, actionable and cost‑effectiveBenefits:Full‑time permanent role with competitive salary ( €70.00-€80.00 per month )Option to work from home two days per week
