About Our Dublin Office
We manage the entire lifecycle of data centre projects – RIBA Stages 0–5 – including front-end estimating, benchmarking, cost modelling, OFCI procurement, and full post-contract cost control.
All team members, regardless of level, receive strong client exposure, regularly presenting cost plans and reports directly to senior stakeholders within the developer's organisation.
Our pipeline stretches well beyond five years, driven by long-standing hyperscale programmes and multiple new private developer clients.
This results in exceptional stability, continuous career progression, and the opportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding team.
The Dublin office is young, diverse, and collaborative, with strong social culture, hybrid working, and direct access to senior leadership.
With both CSA and MEP teams under one roof – supported by multiple offices across EMEA – we offer a truly integrated technical environment, giving staff the chance to specialise, broaden their expertise, and work on some of the most complex, high-tech assets in Europe.
