Youll take ownership of day to day operations, representing the Project Manager and keeping works moving from mobilisation to handover. Responsibilities Lead on site delivery from setup to commissioning and demobilisation. Support early-stage planning, scheduling and site logistics. Coordinate and manage CSA subcontractors and daily site activities. Maintain strong safety standards through audits, talks and on site oversight. Ensure quality control with minimal snags and a clean handover process. Chair meetings, track progress and resolve issues promptly. Requirements This CSA Site Manager will need a Civil Engineering qualification or equivalent site management experience. Experience managing CSA works on large or complex projects. Strong leadership, coordination and decision-making skills. Practical understanding of construction sequencing and site operations. Proactive, safety-focused mindset.
