Dealz Assistant Store Manager role at Poundland & Dealz. Lead, inspire, and excel – creating amazing value everyday! As an Assistant Store Manager, you are the vital link between the Store Manager and the store team. You will shape the experiences of both your team and the customers' journey within the community you serve. Your day-to-day actions drive sales and you will use your merchandising skills on and off plan to showcase our value on GM and FMCG products, creating an environment where our core values of love our customers, care for our colleagues, and protect the euros (and pounds) come to life.

Responsibilities
* Lead, inspire, and excel – creating amazing value everyday by managing store operations and team performance.
* Serve as the vital link between Store Manager and staff; shape customer and team experiences in-store and within the community.
* Drive sales through day-to-day actions and creative merchandising of GM and FMCG products.
