Key Role: Administrative Assistant
We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Administrative Assistant. This position will involve a variety of tasks, including data entry, filing and managing a client database.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
* Accurately file and process job cards through to invoicing
* Monitor and track the progress of ongoing work and service jobs
* Handle inbound and outbound phone calls to industry associations and prospective clients to collect business contact information
* Maintain and update a structured client and sales database
* Provide administrative support, including document management, data entry and other office tasks as required
Qualifications and Experience:
2-3+ years proven experience in administrative roles
Excellent organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail
Good communication skills and professional phone etiquette
Self-motivated and capable of working independently
This role requires the ability to work flexible hours, with a minimum of 20 hours per week available.
