Cara Allcare Pharmacy are looking for a Supervising Pharmacist for our Pottery road Dun Laoghaire Branch .Cara Pharmacy Group is a progressive, independent pharmacy group with stores across Ireland, delivering high-quality patient care across both community retail and nursing home services.We are currently seeking an experienced Supervising Pharmacist to lead the safe, effective, and compliant operation of our dispensary at our Pottery road Dun Laoghaire location .This is a very busy pharmacy employing a large diverse team of over 10 pharmacists and almost 20 pharmacy technicians .You would work closely with our highly experienced team to ensure we maintain the highest possible standards of compliance and service to our diverse group of patients including many Carehomes, HSE patients and retail pharmacy patients .We have grown our Carehome pharmacy business at Pottery road significantly over the past number of years and have ambitious plans to continue on this pathway .Key Responsibilities:• Act as Supervising Pharmacist in line with PSI regulations• Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing• Provide professional advice and counselling to patients• Support nursing home clinical and operational services• Lead and support the pharmacy team• Build strong relationships with patients and healthcare professionalsAbout You:PSI registered pharmacist with an active Irish membership of the PSIMinimum 3 years post-registration experienceStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsCommercially aware with a patient-first mindsetComfortable working across retail and nursing home servicesExcellence at Customer relationship managementGreat Clinical knowledgeExcellent up to date knowledge of current PSI regulations and guidelinesWhat We Offer:A highly competitive salaryPSI fee reimbursementEmployee Assistance Programmeand the opportunity for additional educational advancement to further enhance your career
