What You'll Do
* Manage office administration for advisory clients
* Oversee client onboarding and documentation
* Process applications while ensuring compliance
* Support clients with income distribution issues
* Coordinate compliance activities and reviews
* Ensure client files are complete for advisor meetings
* Assist with payroll and adapt to evolving tasks
What You Bring
* QFA qualification (mandatory) and Voyant software skills
* Experience in financial services or wealth management
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
