True Financial Limited provide solutions for client's financial needs including Protection, Pensions, Savings & Investments, Mortgages, Personal Financial Planning, Business Financial Planning and Home Insurance. We specialize in online, telephone and face to face consultations. Our Financial Planners and Advisors have the full support of our Administration Department thereby affording them the necessary support to focus on advising and serving our customer's needs and requests.
Responsibilities
* Provide expert advice and quotations for new and existing home insurance customers.
* Manage renewals, mid-term adjustments, and claims queries efficiently.
* Ability to identify client needs and offer appropriate cross-selling opportunities.
* Liaise closely with in-house Financial Advisors / Qualified Financial Advisors (QFAs) to ensure seamless client referrals.
* Maintain an in-depth understanding of life and pension products to confidently promote their benefits.
* Work with colleagues across the wider financial services team to support a strong cross-selling culture.
* Ensure all prescribed procedures, working methods and industry regulations are adhered to.
* Work to agreed targets and standards.
Requirements -
* Must have an APA (Personal General Insurance) qualification.
* Desirable: APA (Life) or full QFA qualification to support cross-selling activity.
* Previous experience in personal lines is essential.
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets within a regulated environment.
* Knowledge of life and pension products and the financial planning process is an advantage.
