Job Summary
We are seeking a talented Strategy and Operations Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and success through data-driven insights and operational excellence.
In this role, you will be responsible for forecasting and insight generation to drive accurate forecasts of retention metrics. You will provide data-driven support to the management team, analyze performance metrics, and develop operational excellence processes. Additionally, you will respond to business requests, compile root cause analyses, and solve common issues.

Requirements
We are looking for individuals with a customer-first mindset, strong communication skills, and advanced technical skills. You should have experience with data visualization software (e.g., Looker, Tableau), as well as programming languages such as Python and SQL. Experience with statistical tools like R is a plus.
The ideal candidate should be results-oriented, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be excited about working in a learning culture. Prior experience in management consulting, finance, strategy, or operations is a plus. A Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of related experience are required; an advanced degree without experience or equivalent work experience may also be considered.
