Job Title: Accounts Assistant
In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the accounting department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Process invoices and payments in a timely manner
* Assist with bank reconciliations and ensure all transactions are correctly recorded
* Support the preparation of VAT returns, payroll, and management accounts
Requirements:
* At least 1–2 years of experience in a similar role
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* High level of accuracy in financial data entry and record-keeping
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks, or Sage, along with solid Excel skills
