Business Analytics Manager - Must be in Ireland
We are seeking an accomplished and strategic Senior Business Analytics Manager to join our Operations team. This role is suited to a data-driven leader with a strong background in financial planning & analysis, data visualization, and business performance optimization.
You will play a critical role in shaping operational and strategic decisions by transforming data into actionable insights. Leveraging tools such as ChurnZero, HubSpot, NetSuite, and our enterprise Datalake, you will build robust reporting frameworks, evaluate campaign and business performance, and partner with stakeholders to improve efficiency, revenue growth, and customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of real-time reporting and dashboards by integrating financial, operational, and customer data across ChurnZero, HubSpot, NetSuite, and internal Datalake systems.
* Build and maintain financial and operational models to support forecasting, budgeting, workforce planning, and performance tracking.
* Design and deliver visually compelling dashboards and executive reports using Power BI, Tableau, and other visualization tools.
* Ensure data quality, accuracy, and governance while extracting and analyzing large datasets to highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities.
* Partner with cross-functional teams in Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing to translate business requirements into analytical solutions that drive measurable impact.
* Conduct campaign, customer segmentation, and retention analysis by integrating data from LinkedIn, CRM, and internal sources.
* Act as a strategic advisor to leadership, presenting insights in a clear and actionable way to guide operational decision-making and long-term strategy.
* Champion continuous improvement in analytics processes, identifying opportunities to streamline reporting, automate workflows, and increase operational efficiency.
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* 7+ years’ experience in business analytics, FP&A, management consulting, or a similar role with strong operational exposure.
* Proven expertise in financial analysis, performance reporting, and forecasting.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau/Power BI, and data querying tools.
* Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and operational KPIs.
* Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems (HubSpot, NetSuite, ChurnZero preferred).
* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to communicate insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with cloud-based data platforms and data lakes.
* Familiarity with SQL or Python for data extraction and transformation.
* Prior experience in a SaaS or subscription-based business model, with knowledge of recurring revenue metrics (ARR, churn, retention).
