THE ROLE:
* Administer and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), ensuring accuracy and timely updates of employee data.
* Produce HR reports and metrics to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
* Maintain personnel files in line with GDPR and company standards.
* Lead end-to-end employee relations case management, including performance, disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability cases.
* Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., leave entitlements, working time, pension obligations).
* Coach managers on goal setting, feedback, performance improvement, and development planning.
* Partner with line managers across manufacturing, operations, and support functions on day-to-day people-related activities.
* Support the in-house recruitment process from requisition to onboarding.
* Ensure HR practices are compliant with Irish employment law and company policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 5 years' relevant experience in a HR Generalist or HRBP role, ideally within manufacturing or a fast-paced operational environment.
* Level 7/8 qualification in Human Resources Management or related discipline.
* Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
