We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join an international organisation with their European headquarters based in Cork .
This is a full-time, permanent opportunity and will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations with the opportunity to gain exposure to many functions.

Key Responsibilities: Recruitment manage job postings, interviews, references, offers, contracts, and all new starter documentation.
Maintain accurate HR data in Workday and related systems; extract and analyse HR metrics (. attendance, training, leave) to support reporting needs.
Oversee new starter and leaver processes, including inductions, risk assessments, and exit interviews.
Deliver company induction and ad-hoc training; support performance management, goal setting, and maintain learning and development matrices.
Process payroll changes, time and attendance checks, benefits enrolment, HR documentation, and ensure confidentiality and compliance.
Review and update HR policies in line with Irish legislation; support compensation benchmarking, wellbeing initiatives, and employee engagement programmes.
Provide HR guidance to employees and managers, supporting disciplinary, grievance, and general employee relations matters while promoting company culture and values.
Support EMEA HR projects and deliver HR communications and meetings.
Requirements: A third-level qualification in HR and/or CIPD qualification is required.
Minimum of 3 years relevant HR experience.
Strong HR systems knowledge: Workday and knowledge of time
