This is a quality-focused Trust Safety position, where your expertise ensures that moderation decisions meet the highest standards of accuracy, consistency, and policy compliance.

Your Impact As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will: Review and evaluate moderation decisions for accuracy and policy alignment Provide structured feedback to moderation teams Handle complex escalation cases Assess high-risk content categories including: Apply strong German cultural and contextual understanding to nuanced decisions Support Global Risk Operations workflows (HERO / DOI content areas) Your work directly contributes to the safety and integrity of a global online platform.
