Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role located in our Naas or Galway office with some work from home acceptable. The candidate will be based in Ireland. The Business Development Manager will identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and maintain client relationships, and drive the growth of Stryve's services. Responsibilities include market research, developing and executing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves working closely with the marketing team to align strategies and attending industry events to promote our services.
Qualifications
* Strong sales and negotiation skills, including the ability to close deals and achieve sales targets
* Experience in conducting market research and developing sales strategies
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client relationship management
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
* Experience in the cloud services or IT industry is a plus
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
