Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in providing quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to children with complex needs and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assess clients' needs and provide recommendations for adaptive equipment and therapies.
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
* Conduct assessments and participate in the Assessment of Need (AON) process under the Disability Act.
* Work closely with families and carers to ensure seamless transitions and ongoing support.
Requirements:
* Registration with CORU or equivalent qualification.
* Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution.
* Full clean driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Desirable: experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism.
