Agile Delivery Manager – AI & Product Enablement
Overview
We’re looking for an experienced Agile Delivery Manager to help shape the next generation of digital and AI-enabled delivery within a fast-moving enterprise environment.
This is an opportunity to work at the centre of a modern product-led transformation, supporting cross-functional teams delivering customer-facing digital platforms, operational systems, and AI-driven initiatives.
You’ll play a key role in helping teams deliver high-impact outcomes faster, smarter, and with greater transparency by embedding modern Agile practices, data-driven delivery, and AI-enabled ways of working.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, improving delivery flow, influencing stakeholders, and driving continuous improvement across large-scale digital environments.
What You’ll Be Working On
Teams are delivering a broad range of digital and operational products, including:
Customer and self-service digital platforms
Mobile and web applications
Digital onboarding and customer journeys
AI-enabled automation initiatives
Internal operational and workflow platforms
Customer engagement and communication tools
Data and reporting capabilities
Process optimisation and delivery transformation initiatives
Key Responsibilities
Agile Delivery Leadership
Lead cross-functional Agile teams delivering high-value digital and technology initiatives
Drive sprint planning, backlog refinement, delivery tracking, and release coordination
Support teams across Scrum, Kanban, and modern product delivery practices
Remove blockers and improve team flow, predictability, and delivery outcomes
Foster a collaborative, high-performing, and continuously improving delivery culture
AI-Enabled Delivery
Help teams adopt AI-assisted delivery practices to improve productivity and efficiency
Introduce smarter approaches to planning, reporting, testing, and delivery management
Work with teams to identify opportunities for automation and AI enablement
Promote responsible and practical use of AI within delivery environments
Product & Stakeholder Collaboration
Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineering teams, and business stakeholders
Translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans and outcomes
Provide clear, data-driven updates and delivery insights to stakeholders
Support modern product-led ways of working across multiple teams
What We’re Looking For
4+ years’ experience in Agile delivery roles such as Delivery Manager, Agile Project Manager, Scrum Master, or Delivery Lead
Strong experience delivering digital, cloud, mobile, or enterprise technology initiatives
Experience working in product-led or cross-functional delivery environments
Practical understanding of AI / Generative AI and how it can improve delivery practices
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Excellent facilitation, coaching, and problem-solving capabilities
Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile delivery tooling
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban
