Site Operations Manager
Key Responsibilities
The Site Operations Manager will lead the day-to-day management of a commercial construction project. This role is pivotal to ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and within budget.
1. >Manage short-term lookahead programmes (13 weeks) in line with the master construction programme.
2. >Coordinate and sequence works to maintain progress on critical path activities.
3. >Chair daily briefings and weekly coordination meetings with subcontractors.
4. >Supervise all on-site activities including direct labour, site engineers, foremen and subcontractors.
