Procurement Project Manager - Construction
This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading European construction business as a Procurement Project Manager. The role will involve supporting the company's growing portfolio of regional projects across Western and Central Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the pre- and post-contract award process, including tendering, evaluation, and appointment of Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) contractors and suppliers.
* Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure robust and compliant procurement delivery.
* Provide on-site support where required, ensuring procurement strategy aligns with project execution.
* Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across engineering, project management, and site-based teams.
Requirements:
* Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
* 5-7 years' experience in construction, with at least 3 years of on-site project exposure.
* Demonstrated experience managing CSA procurement packages in large-scale builds (e.g. data centres, warehouses).
* Strong knowledge of the end-to-end procurement lifecycle, from tendering through to contract execution.
* Ability to travel frequently to projects across Western and Central Europe.
* Fluent English; a second European language such as German, Portuguese or Spanish is advantageous.
