Lead Residential Services Coordinator

* Oversee residential staff to support and assist 5 Deaf clients in two residential houses in North Dublin in every aspect of activities of daily living.
* Maintain a safe and respectful environment for clients.
The ideal candidate will have:
* A relevant degree in the Health care sector (e.g. Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Social Work, or other relevant therapeutic profession).
* At least 3 years post graduate experience in a relevant health care setting.
* Knowledge of Irish Sign Language desirable.
* Experience in managing a 24/7 residential service desirable.
