A fast-growing SaaS company is expanding its Customer Experience function and building a brand-new team in Dublin. As a
Product Specialist – User Champion
, you'll be at the heart of the customer journey, supporting EMEA users and ensuring they get maximum value from the platform through outstanding service and clear, empathetic communication.
What You'll Do
* Develop deep product expertise and support customers via email and live chat
* Diagnose and resolve software issues, including handling escalated queries
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical users
* Advise customers on marketing, sales, and e-commerce setup best practices
* Create and maintain documentation while contributing to improved support processes
* Leverage AI tools to optimise workflows and increase efficiency
What You Bring
* Fluency in both English and German
* 1+ years' experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS or technical support
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts
* Comfort working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven, high-volume environment
* A proactive, collaborative, and positive attitude
* Full authorisation to work in Ireland
Nice to Have
* Exposure to APIs, integrations, or basic HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or networking concepts
* Experience in MarTech, email deliverability, or e-commerce platforms
* Familiarity with support and productivity tools such as Zendesk or Google Workspace
Salary & Benefits
* Competitive salary based on experience, typically €40,000 – €60,000

Location & Working Hours
* Dublin 2 (city centre)
* Hybrid working model (3 days per week in the office)
* Monday to Friday, standard hours 9:00 – 5:30
* (with occasional shifts of 8:00 – 4:00 or 10:00 – 6:00)
