A leading Irish property development and construction company is seeking a motivated Accounting Technician to join their growing finance team. Working closely with the finance team, you will gain exposure across all areas of the accounts function, supporting the day -to -day financial operations of multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process supplier invoices and support the accounts payable function.
* Maintaining rent schedules for residential properties.
* Prepare and maintain accurate bank and account reconciliations.
* Weekly payroll operations.
Key Requirements:
o 1–2 years' experience in an accounting or finance support role.
o Strong understanding of accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliations.
o Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organisational skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Sage experience an advantage).
